What if I park a truck for a few weeks?
Pause the subscription on that truck — you won't be billed while it's parked. Re-activate anytime. Common when a truck is in the shop or you're between drivers.
Is there a contract?
No. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. Annual billing gets you ~17% off but it's still cancel-anytime; we pro-rate the refund.
Do you charge per driver or per truck?
Per truck. If you have one truck and trade off drivers, you pay once. If you have three trucks running 24/7 with two drivers each, you pay for three trucks.
What does the free trial include?
The full Fleet plan, no limits. 30 days, no credit card. We'd rather you actually use it than be afraid to test it.
Do you charge a transaction fee on loads?
No. We don't take a cut of your loads. The price you see is the price you pay; no per-load, per-document, or per-mile fees.
Can I export my data?
Yes — anytime, in CSV and PDF, with one click. Your loads, BOLs, invoices, and IFTA logs are yours. We make leaving easy on purpose.
What about ELD compliance?
SureMile is FMCSA-registered as an ELD app and fulfills the Hours-of-Service mandate on iOS and Android. No separate hardware required for most modern trucks (2014+).
Is my data sold or shared with brokers?
Never. Your loads, lanes, and rates are yours. We don't sell aggregated data, and we don't show your rates to other brokers. Read the privacy policy.
